What does it cost to work with you
Absolutely nothing — you don’t pay us. The price you see is the same whether you book directly with the supplier or through me. When you book with the supplier, they simply keep the commission; when you book with me, that commission helps support a small business dedicated to creating magical trips.
Even better, I can often make your holiday more affordable by adjusting my commission to give you a better deal. So you get the same (or sometimes better) price, plus personalized service and a little extra care that only a small, passionate team can provide.
How do I make payment and is it secure?
All payments are processed via a secure PTS link or bank transfer for a safe and convenient transaction. At booking you’ll receive the non‑refundable deposit amount and the balance due date. You may choose to make payment before the due date and you can do this in instalments at any time through the secure manage my booking portal
Can I customise my holiday?
Absolutely! We specialise in tailor-made holidays crafted to match your preferences and budget, ensuring a truly personalised and memorable travel experience.
Is my holiday secure how do I know this isn't a scam

ATOL Protected: Aurora Dream Travel is a trading name of The JLT Group, which is ATOL protected (12564). Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays featured on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but please note that ATOL protection does not cover every holiday or travel service listed. If you would like confirmation of the protection that applies to your specific booking, please ask us and we will check for you.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate for your booking, that booking will not be ATOL protected. Conversely, if you do receive an ATOL Certificate but not all elements of your trip are detailed on it, those elements will not be covered by ATOL protection.
